How you will contribute:

  • Your business development prowess will allow you to locate or propose potential business deals within a given territory by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring sales opportunities.
  • Generate a high volume of sales & prospecting leads primarily via phone (and some email) to a variety of prospective customers.
  • Manage your prospect list and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close using in-person, phone and email connections in an effort to build relationships.
  • Advise and educate your prospects and clients on the full spectrum of Helpmates' service offerings.

What you bring to the table:

  • High-energy, high-drive, growth-oriented mindset and most importantly, a team player.
  • 1 year of sales experience with appointment setting, territory management and office experience.
  • Must be detail oriented to set follow-up reminders, meeting summary notes, documentation, and actively prioritize accounts.

Mission-critical attributes:

  • Calm, poised and professional phone etiquette with great follow-up protocols and habits
  • Able and willing to make a high volume of DAILY outbound sales & prospecting calls
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • Keen attention to the details while executing strategy
  • High level of resiliency.
