I am currently recruiting for one my favorite clients that is a leader in the hospitality industry.  My client is currently seeking Customer Service Managers for their various locations throughout Los Angeles, and SFV.  The Customer Service Manager contributes to the overall guest experience.  This is a direct hire opportunity with a pay of $16-$18 an hour depending on experience.  My client has won many awards for BEST place to work by Harvard Business Review.  The company offers amazing medical, dental, and 401k benefits. 

  • As the Customer Service Manager you will consistently demonstrate actions to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Be attentive to guest needs, and connect to guests and Crew Members by being hospitable, respectful, empathetic, passionate, and social.
  • Partner with leadership team to build, institutionalize, and optimize business results.
  • Manage staffing, education, compensation, performance management, scheduling, payroll, compliance processes, and site film processes to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure the standards of excellence are maintained throughout the Guest Journey including: anticipating the flow of guests, greeting guests, cleaning auditoriums, restrooms, and common areas, preparing and serving food/beverages, ticketing, guest services, retail, and sight and sound.
  • Ensure the standards of excellence are maintained throughout the operations that guests do not see including: efficient and organized office, kitchen, preparation areas, stock, exit halls, and storage rooms.
  • Be proactive in the stewardship of company assets through minimizing areas of risk and loss at the site, including worker and guest safety.
  • Be a role model of operating philosophy, including building a learning community to uphold performance and operational standards, provide feedback, and create conditions for everyone's development.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and positive, energetic behaviors
  • 1-3 years’ prior Supervisory role in retail / hospitality experience is required
  • Be available to work nights, weekends and all holidays
  • Must be able to demonstrate an ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment is required
  • Be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate quick judgment
