Description

  • Access packages/searches in the system to determine what type of information or documentation is needed.
  • Send emails or make outbound calls (using appropriate templates) to candidates and/or clients to request for information or documents.
  • Perform data entry and necessary transactions in the system.
  • Prepare background check reports for mailing - fold reports, place in envelopes and affix correct address label on the envelopes.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

 

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred – specializing in Criminal Justice a plus
  • 1 to 3 years related work experience
  • Familiarity with FCRA a plus
  • Intermediate knowledge of word processing software, including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong familiarity with the internet, including internet research experience
  • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
