I am currently recruiting for a client of mine based out of Beverly Hills.  The company is a small family owned business looking for Office Clerks.  This is a temporary assignment with a pay rate of $12.00 an hour.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Providing general administrative and clerical support to management.
    • Provide training and support to various team members. 
    • Compose, edit, and distribute memos, letters and reports.
    • Maintain and update database information.
    • Act as a liaison and information resource to internal and external contacts.
    • Maintain department files and documents.
    • Perform other requisite duties and complete special projects as required.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

    • 1-2 years of administrative experience.
    • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
    • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent telephone and presentation skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
