We are searching for a PC Network Specialist to join our team. As part of the Information Technology Team, you will exceed the expectations of our clients and user community by ensuring timely processing of support requests and ensure they are completed on time and accurately. Position requires a very strong attention to detail. This position frequently interacts with external partners and internal customers.

  • Identifies, researches and resolves technical hardware and software issues to meet or exceed end user's satisfaction. Advise users on appropriate action
  • Monitor and respond quickly and efficiently to requests for technical support in person, via calls, and email
  • Identify and escalate situations that require urgent attention
  • Maintain hardware and software licensing inventory and assignments
  • Assign users and computers to proper groups

  • Facilitate the process of daily activities needed to support the business (Check
  • Write, Client Billing Process, data updates)
  • Maintains the physical inventory of computer operations supplies in a designated
  • storage area and keeps the various operations areas stocked with the supplies necessary for daily production.
  • Load and run monthly data updates for key systems
  • Develop tools and solutions for enhanced reporting
  • Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records
  • Monitor system for error messages and take corrective action when necessary
  • Prepare documentation in support of computer operations and project implementation
  • Experience in responding to trouble tickets


Technical Degree or at least two (2) years’ experience in an IT Support function.

A+ Certification

Windows, Microsoft Office Solutions, Visio and IBMI System

Project Management skills

Detail-oriented, strong organizational and communication skills, resourceful, team player.

Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and work comfortably alone and as part of a team, sharp focus on the user perspective in development, excellent customer service skills, possess initiative, be a self-starter, and exhibit creativity.

Experience in the managed care, healthcare, vision, or insurance industries a plus
