We are currently seeking a high energy candidate that has a strong drive for sales/recruiting.  This position is a full desk role where you will be selling, and recruiting.  You will be given an untapped territory to make your own!  Earning potential $$$.  The salary is between $40,000 to $45,000 annually plus competitive bonus structure.  Helpmates offers great benefits, and best of all you will be joining a very successful team.

Job Description:

  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

 

  • Your business development process will allow you to locate or propose potential business deals within a given territory by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring sales opportunities.
  • Generate a high volume of sales & prospecting leads primarily via phone (and some email) to a variety of prospective customers.
  • Manage your prospect list and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close using in-person, phone and email connections in an effort to build relationships.
  • Advise and educate your prospects and clients on the full spectrum of Helpmates' service offerings.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years experience in sales required
  • 1+ years experience in recruiting preferred
  • Staffing/HR industry preferred
  • Have a strong passion for sales/helping others
  • Strong attention to detail, and great follow through.
