Job Title: Assembly Clerk
Pay: $18.00 hourly
Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm OT/Weekends 
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an Assembly Clerk for our client, a local, fulfillment and distribution organization located in Irvine, Ca! The Assembly Clerk will be responsible for keeping up with client projects and timelines working closely with the production team. This is a full-time Assembly Clerk position located in Irvine, Ca.

As an Assembly Clerk, you will be responsible for:
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Provide project updates to Production Leads on daily basis
  • Fill work documents accurately
  • Accurately hand assembly and apply labels
  • Perform Perfect match
  • Meet department quotas
  • Operate a Postage Meter Machine (Training is provided, no experience required)
  • Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an Assembly / Production environment
  • Experience within the Fulfillment and Distribution Industry are preferred
  • Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends
  • Required Bilingual in English / Spanish
  • Basic Math skills required
  • Basic computer knowledge required
  • Ability to follow instructions and have attention to detail
  • Work at rapid pace to meet quotas
  • Pallet Jack experience
  • Basic Microsoft Excel Experience Required
  • Basic Microsoft Word Experience Required
