Job Description


We are seeking a hardworking professional Customer Service Representative to work in Long Beach, CA. The CSR will undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently in a fast-paced environment. The CSR should be comfortable working with a high-degree of attention to detail. This is a full time temp to hire position.

Pay Rate: $19.50/hr
Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

DUTIES
  •  Accurately enter and manage sales orders in the system, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date.
  • Handle the return process for items, including initiating returns, processing them in the system, and following up to ensure completion.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
  • Perform general data entry tasks to support various business operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize Excel, Word, and Outlook for day-to-day tasks, including data management, communication, and reporting

QUALIFICATIONS 
  • 1 + year of experience in data entry and customer service
  • 1+ year of experience using ERP systems
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines efficiently
