Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Household Manager to manage daily household operations and provide support to our family. This role involves overseeing the household, managing schedules, assisting with child care, and ensuring the home runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meal Preparation: Plan, shop for, and prepare healthy meals for the family.
- Light Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and organization of living spaces, including tidying up, laundry, and occasional deep cleaning.
- Child Care Assistance: Help with picking up/dropping off children, providing supervision, and managing after-school activities as needed.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage family calendars, appointments, and activities, ensuring everyone is where they need to be on time.
- Errands and Shopping: Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and picking up household supplies.
- Household Organization: Oversee inventory of household items, keep track of bills, and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Family Support: Assist with planning family events, travel arrangements, and other personal tasks as requested.
- Proven experience in household management, personal assistant roles, or related fields.
- Ability to cook nutritious meals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Trustworthy, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- CPR and first-aid certification.
- Experience working with children.
- Flexibility with hours and availability, especially for occasional evenings or weekends.
