Job Title: Operator I
Schedule: Graveyard: Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm - 6:30am  3 months $23     Swing: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm 3 months $21
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking an Operator for a contract opportunity with our client, a life sciences organization in Santa Rosa, Ca! The Operator will be responsible for inspecting, sorting and packaging injection molded parts in a fast-paced environment and in accordance with approved procedures. This includes work both in and out of a clean room environment.

The Operator job responsibilities:
  • The qualified individual will ensure that production losses are minimal through timely communication of issues to the supervisor and will work in strict accordance with approved production and quality procedures.
  • Operator will work around injection molding machines and must ensure that safe working practices are followed.


The Operator job requirements:
  • High School education required
  • Experience in a fast-paced clean room environment is a plus.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift or occasionally move items up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be comfortable using hands, reaching and handling small parts and measuring tools for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions is a must.
  • This position requires the use of personal protective equipment and clean room gowns.
  • This position requires a strong team player with good interpersonal skills
