Job Description

Helpmates is seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual. This role is ideal for someone with strong memory retention skills, excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will be trained to troubleshoot warranty issues and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Pay Rate: $20/hr.
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 
Duration: Temp-to-hire

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Warranty Department with clerical and administrative tasks
  • Learn and apply troubleshooting processes for warranty claims
  • Accurately enter and update warranty records in the system
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and customers
  • Follow up on warranty claims and ensure timely resolution

Qualifications:
  • Strong memory retention and attention to detail
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs 
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and systems
  • Basic computer proficiency
