No experience is required, we will give you on the job training and provide you the support you need to be productive and grow in your role. <strong>File Clerk Qualifications:</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Live Scan Background Screening required
&#9;<li>Must have a HS/Diploma and or GED
&#9;<li>Must be able to lift 35/lbs. (carts are provided to reduce the amount of carrying boxes)
&#9;<li>Must be able to Climb a ladder (up to 6FT high)
&#9;<li>Bending, Stooping, Reaching, lifting turning and twisting daily
</ul>
<strong>File Clerk Job Duties and Responsibilities:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Tracking Files (Filed back/Withdrawn)
&#9;<li>Fast pace work environment
&#9;<li>Time management to ensure to meet all deadlines
&#9;<li>Document Prep, Scanning, sorting, or all mortgage files
&#9;<li>Sort documents by vendor in an Alpha Numeric Order
&#9;<li>Sort or Wet/Dry signatures
&#9;<li>File/Re-Box documents when completing required tasks
&#9;<li>Push/Pull and reach objects as needed to complete tasks given
&#9;<li>Manage multiple priorities and production deadlines
&#9;<li>Climb up and down ladders about 80% of job duties
&#9;<li>Training â Can be up to 1-2 weeks*

&#9;<li>File documents in alphabetical order
&#9;<li>Perform 10-key Data entry&nbsp;
