We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Human Resources Coordinator for a temporary to hire opportunity with a reputable building materials company in Oceanside! The Human Resources Coordinator administers processes, policies and programs relating to various aspects of Human Resources. The Human Resources Coordinated is responsible for specific data entry and data integrity in the HR Systems.  The Human Resources Coordinator assists with new hire paperwork and verifies the data for completeness, is a key contact for immigration and tax services.

The Bilingual Spanish Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible to:

  • Prepare new-hire orientation packet materials.
  • Assists with recruitment and the recruitment process.
  • Process vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and billing requests and set up of vendor PO’s and or vendor contracts in the appropriate system.
  • Provide support to the department on projects, requests or other administrative duties as needed.
  • Input new hire information, including benefits paperwork employees into the appropriate HR data base.
  • Maintain security and accuracy of the employee data bases.
  • Input changes such as salary, work department, location and personal information.
  • Any benefit changes or status changes that occur either at new hire of during the course of employment.
  • Prepare system reports as needed or requested.

The Bilingual Spanish Human Resources Coordinator must possess the following:

  • Must possess, as a minimum, a high-school diploma or its equivalent, some college or technical training preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years work experience in related function. HR experience strongly preferred.
  • Must be bilingual Spanish and English. Must have highly proficient in both verbal and written communication in both languages.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with high degree of professionalism.
  • Strong computers skills are a must. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Knowledge of HRIS preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of professionals both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong customer service and follow-up skills
