This part time position will directly interface and support IBO leaders (Platinums to Founders Diamonds) with their business issues and will provide direct customer service, product and business support to IBOs at all levels and prospects with expanded interactions with key IBO leaders.

This position reports to the Asst. Supervisor at the Amway Business Center in CA and is based in Buena Park, CA.


The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to:

  • Provide exemplary customer service to all IBO leaders, IBOs and customers at the Center serving as an Amway Brand Ambassador and representing the Company values while assisting them with all aspects of business being conducted at the Center
  • Provide product training to IBOs and prospects, articulating and demonstrating (where applicable) the competitive advantage of Amway products, proof points and product features that differentiate the Amway brands.
  • Perform product demonstrations and sampling as well as conduct health and beauty assessments utilizing various tools and resources to provide product recommendations
  • Implement activation initiatives and IBO events supporting product launches promotions through these events
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with IBOs using the Center
  • Adhere and implement Co policies with respect to store operations, asset protection, IBO interactions and standards of conduct.

The accomplished individual will posses:

  • Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate, interact and support IBOs especially IBO leaders.
  • Strong listening skills and patience. Customer service, training or merchandising/retail background preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels. Foreign language proficiency in Spanish, Korean or Mandarin required.
  • Quick learning and adapting skills. Displays initiative
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude with strong collaboration and teamwork skills. Strong work ethic
  • Independent thinking skills displaying strong initiative. Ability to make mature, effective sound business decisions.
  • · Ability to work evenings and weekends, 5-6 days per week.
