Coordinator- Sales Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a temporary sales coordinator to support an Electronics Company in Torrance, California.  This is a temporary position going for about 2 months. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are looking to get someone in the role quickly.

This temporary sales coordinator position will support inside sales functions, employee purchases/ accommodation orders, product requests, and Service by performing the following duties:

  • Primarily responsible for processing and performing contract review for submitted sales orders (Dealer Portal System and manual), credits and debits memos, warranty exchange orders, Core exchanges request, product requests and the return authorization process for all listed process.
  • Communication with dealers, sales representatives, and rep companies regarding sales and promotional services as well as for product availability, pricing, discounts, and shipping.
  • Reviews completed orders for errors or omissions, troubleshoots problems, and follow procedures to resolve any issues.
  • Monitor and reply to requests, questions, and orders submitted through the Order Management and Core Exchange mailboxes. 
  • Monitors Dealer Portal System Order failures and works to resolves failures.
  • Maintains the annual Company Dealer Agreements.
  • Administers Non-Dealer warranty replacement program.
  • Handles queue calls for Order Management queue.
  • Assists consumers or dealers with the functions of the company website and rep systems.
  • Communicates and interprets service procedures and policies for internal personnel and external customers.
  • Assists dealers, reps and consumers with service, core replacement and repair information in service system.
  • Ensure punctual attendance per defined work schedule and comply with the attendance policy for time reporting, break periods, and overtime if applicable.
  • Communicate internally within the organization, providing appropriate feedback.
  • Other duties may be assigned
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience using SAP, SD module preferred,
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
