Customer Service Logistics Specialist  

Our Global Logistics Customer Service Specialist is an essential part of our organization success. We are focused on quality service, HIPAA compliance and secure logistics shipping. You must be an independent thinker, have good decision making skills, ability to understand procedures and circumstances for escalation and effective communication regarding sensitive situations.

Basic Day to Day Responsibilities

You will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and will be responsible for the management of the logistics, including sales quotes, pricing and time frames, order processing, communications, and various carrier web portals.

Communicate via telephone with perspective clients

Create quotes and complete accurate data entry

Enter new client orders with current data (must verify all details)

Coordinate with the Logistics Department for shipping options and rates

Accept credit card payments and process via merchant website

 

 

Prior experience with logistics, freight forwarding, medical/clinical relations

High school diploma or GED required
