You’ll work closely with the customer service team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You’ll Do:
As a Warranty Customer Service Admin, you will be responsible for:
  • Following up on customer warranty service requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Contacting customers after service completion to confirm satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with vendors on invoicing and service documentation.
  • Updating vendor and product registration information accurately.
  • Processing all warranty paperwork to verify compliance with requirements.
  • Identifying and verifying any discrepancies in warranty claims or documentation.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in warranty or customer service preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ethical judgment.
  • Strong phone etiquette and email correspondence skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • A collaborative spirit and willingness to excel as part of a team.
