National Insurance Company is needing a Customer Service Representative. This customer service representative will be expected to log into a phone queue daily to take calls from clients. Calls will range in nature from username/pw reset, assistance with navigating through proprietary system, assisting Administrators with reports, and adjusting errors with eligibility. This customer service representative will be expected to respond to emails, as well as follow through on all items until resolved with the client. Some follow up work may require follow up with other colleagues in the Client Services Department. The majority of the work day will be spent handling phone calls and assisting with phone coverage at all times.

A minimum of 2 years of customer service in healthcare industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience working with MS Word an MS Excel.
