How you will make a difference:

  • Gather supporting documentation from internal departments to investigate member grievance and appeals
  • Request and gather pertinent information with members or providers
  • Respond to and close cases within designated time requirements
  • Adhere to all quality, compliance and regulatory standards

Requirements for Grievance and Appeals Coordinator:

  • 2+ years’ of grievance and appeal in health care setting
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and web based systems
  • Ability to service bilingual Spanish customers a plus
  • Must be willing to submit to a background, or drug tests
  • Must pass Basic Office Tests
