A reputable and growing client of ours is seeking an Administrative Assistant with an exceptional attitude.

 

This candidate must be able to handle incoming calls as well as place outbound calls.

Have a welcoming personality when handling incoming visitors, issuing badges, handling guest log.

Candidate will be booking meeting rooms and working with FEDEX and UPS to incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

They will also be responsible for handling the company cars, lease quotes and services on the cars. Others duties will include handling the business license renewals for their branches, assisting with evnet planning for their company luncheons and putting together and publishing the company newsletter.

MUST:

6 months of RECENT receptionist or admin experience.

Be comfortable with over 80 inbound or outbound calls.

Be organized, self sufficient, be able to multitask.

have great communication skills.

Be proficient in MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
