Document Company in Torrance, CA is seeking an Office Clerk with strong Data Entry and Excel skills and a positive attitude to start ASAP! This position is temporary with the possibility to go permanent. Benefits included once permanent with the company. 

Job Duties:

  • Code incoming invoices to the correct cash center to ensure correct billing
  • Enter data from incoming invoices into the system
  • Obtain signatures on invoices from department managers
  • Generate checks from the system and verify dollar amount against invoice
  • Answer incoming calls from vendors and employees regarding invoices

Job Qualifications: 

  • Intermediate MS Excel required
  • Data Entry - Typing minimum 45wpm with minimal errors. 
  • Some knowledge of Accounting and/or Payroll Functions a plus!
