Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant plans and conducts activities concerned with internal customer support and benefits research activities.


Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Handle incoming request for benefits and plan matching
  • Identifies client and program needs and engages other departments when assistance is needed
  • Attend and participate in department, inter-department meetings as needed
  • And special projects as needed


Requirements and Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:


    • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
    • Must have 1+ years of customer service experience
    • Must have excellent communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-tasks.
  • Basic computer skills MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) are required.
