We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to make outbound calls to collect missing information, and update company database.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Assistant will check emails in a timely manner and reply to customer needs
  • Accurate data entry into company database
  • Administrative Assistant will explain company services, policies or, procedures to customers.
  • Perform updates, or research on client and customer accounts accordingly


  • 6 year of customer service experience
  • Administrative Assistant must have strong attention to detail
  • Software: MS Office Suites Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Administrative Assistant must have strong written and verbal communication, and excellent follow up skills
  • Education: High School diploma, or equivalent
