We are seeking an Automotive Warranty Administrator with automotive dealer support telephone experience for a temporary to hire opportunity with an industry leader! The Warranty Review Specialist is responsible to support inquiries from dealers, answer incoming telephone calls via the hotline, and respond to department emails from dealers and field personnel.

The Automotive Warranty Administrator responsibilities:                                                 

  • Answer dealer/field telephone calls professionally, and respond to all inquiries.
  • Research and resolve dealer/field concerns, provide follow up as needed.
  • Analyze claim data and based on pending/appeal codes, reviews and processes or denies claims/appeals per policy and procedures.
  • Requests, reviews and analyzes dealers repair orders to ensure claims/appeals are processed correctly and adheres to warranty policies and procedures.
  • Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer warranty guidelines.

The Automotive Warranty Administrator requirements:

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role with an automotive company
  • Prior service advisor or service technician experience is ideal
  • Previous experience working directly with automotive dealers
  • Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
  • Enjoy working within a fast paced environment
