We are recruiting for a Benefits Analyst for our client who is in the retail industry. This is a temp-hire opportunity for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and some has advanced computer skills.

 

  • Assist in benefits delivery for an employee group of approximately 2800 employees.

 

  • Benefits delivery includes medical, dental, disability, and 401(k) plans. Plans are both self-funded and premium based.

 

  • Reports to a FT Benefits Manager; another FT Benefits Specialist is on the team.

 

  • Coordinate with multiple locations, supervisors, and store management.

 

  • Coordinate with our benefits TPA as well as our vendors (health, 401k, LTD, vol life, etc.)

Experience:

  • Must have good working knowledge of computer systems, especially Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook
  • Must be an excellent communicator, including written, verbal, and non-verbal
  • Must have the ability to multi-task a variety of deadlines with extensive patience
  • Must be professional and a team player
  • Must have experience in the administration of benefits plans.
