The Call Center Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact and product expert for our client's needs. The focus is on processing incoming orders via online, telephone, fax, and emails. Other non-ordering job functions include interaction with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. 

Previous experience in a call center, logistics, parcel tracking, distribution of food and beverages, or temperature-sensitive products such as biopharmaceutical.

Call Center Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: 

  • Call Center, must be polite, professional and be able to handle complex calls
  • Maintains log of tracers and system updates
  • Verifies demographics and make updates as needed
  • Maintains logs and reports as requested regarding domestic and international shipments.
  • Assists the Warehouse, Shipping and Receiving, Lab, and Logistics teams with questions or concerns
  • Notification to the customer of any changes to delivery

Call Center Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College degree preferred
  • Type 40 WPM
  • Previous experience with Salesforce or QuickBooks (intermediate to advanced) 


  • Casual Friday
  • Team Quarterly awards (Lots of celebrations)
