Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking for a Call Center Professional. To be successful in this role, you must be a forward thinker, have excellent decision-making skills, the ability to recognize escalated situations, treat the situation with integrity, follow HIPAA compliance and work with the highest level of professionalism.


Daily Responsibilities of Call Center Professional:

  • Communicate with insurance carriers, physician offices, and patients
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Outlook (will email proposals)
  • Excellent follow up via phone or email
  • Create new orders
  • Coordinate shipping schedules
  • Work with multiple departments and the logistics department
  • Review and approve orders in the portal
  • Accept credit card payment processing
  • Shipment tracking (Courier and GPS) UPS, FedEx, other carriers
  • Meet quarterly goals via order processing, follow up calls, emails, and quote generations
  • Follow up on delays or other shipment challenges
  • Articulate and effective communication, compassionate assistance
  • manage sensitive situations creating a positive experience
  • Highly engaged- have an “Own It” attitude
  • Genuinely seek to improve quality of care with each caller
  • Knowledgeable and ability to evaluate logistical matters
  • Comfortable with and experience with sales quotes including pricing and schedules
  • Logistics; order processing, exceptions/escalation, patient and carrier communications

Requirements of Call Center professional:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required / Degree or secondary school: Preferred certification from a course in Healthcare
  • Minimum two years of Call Center or high volume order entry, logistics
  • Computer savvy: Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Type minimum of 45 WPM
  • Fluent Bilingual (written and verbal) is preferred
