The Client Services Representative performs tasks that can include the handling of heavy incoming call volume, as well as, making outbound calls. He/she promotes and maintains outstanding customer service with extreme focus on quality of support and accuracy of work completed. This position requires excellent multi-tasking skills and quick thinking; the successful candidate will have a passion for and enjoys providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities of Client Services Representative:

  • Develop knowledge and understanding of specific CS functions
  • Learn specific activities and retain information, and know-how
  • Gain overall understanding of Order Fulfillment
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of products
  • Process assigned work, independently, consistently and accurately
  • Follow provided instructions, exactly
  • Develop some understanding of FCRA         

Requirements of Client Services Representative:


  • Ability to learn and retain know-how
  • Ability to perform internet based informational searches
  • Ability to apply effective communication etiquette
  • Ability to work as a part of a team
  • Ability to organize tasks, multi-tasks and manage time efficiently


  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • 1-3 years of Customer Service


  • Effective Interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills 
  • Accurate written and verbal communication
  • Bilingual desired, must speak, read and write proficiently in English
  • Organized and detail-oriented                    
  • Basic computer skills Word, Excel, Outlook)
