The Customer Service Associate provides a friendly and upbeat experience for guests via telephone. This individual ensures guest satisfaction by listening to guest needs, answering questions, and by capturing important details to ensure a profitable and world class experience.



  • Identify service opportunities for every customer while capturing all pertinent details of the call
  • Convert every inbound and/or outbound customer call from a proposal to a definite order to assist in increase restaurant profitability and customer visit
  • Quote pricing on recommended catering menu and a-la-carte services to provide customers with estimated costs
  • Attend to customer inquiries on initial call and provide follow-up calls when necessary to establish ongoing and future orders
  • Handle "status" inquiries and promptly engage restaurant personnel regarding bookings and events as scheduled by customers
  • Make courtesy calls to check on customer details and inquire on customer satisfaction
  • Conduct outbound calls to establish new contacts and confirm status of quoted orders for current customers




    • 1 year of Customer Service Experience
    • Minimum of a High School diploma
    • Previous customer service experience
    • Demonstrated strong communication skills; both written and verbal
    • Strong organizational and follow up skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Self-motivated and team oriented focus
