Our client, a Global Manufacturer that is rapidly growing in the U.S. has an open position for an energetic and motivated Call Center Support Representative who is looking to grow their career in Customer Service. We are looking for a positive and analytical support rep who is eager to thrive at a Global company, and passionate about providing excellent Customer Service. This is a temp-to-hire position in Torrance, CA.

What you get to do every single day:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot with customers in order to help them operate their high-end products
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services
  • Answer 50-60 calls a day
  • Answer technical calls about products


  • High school diploma; some college course-work ideal.
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Strong Data Entry/Clerical skills
  • Great phone presence.
  • Enjoys helping others
  • 2 years experience providing Customer Service/Troubleshooting on products.
