The Customer Support Representative restores accounts, be it compensation or further.  They are also responsible for answering of tickets, live chat and passing of judgment upon questioned accounts. Review and assess Help Centers and draft articles as needed. Suggest policies and procedures. Assist with in-game events and inquiries from outsourced agents.

  • Accurately, quickly, and efficiently provide answers to player issues across multiple support channels based on company policy (25%)
  • Report in-game, technical and investigation issues to Sr. Customer Support Representatives (25%)
  • Maintain customer satisfaction (25%)
  • Maintain competency and understanding of at least 75% of the assigned ticket queries (15%)
  • Other duties as assigned (10%)




  • 1+ year of work experience
  • Gaming experience preferred
  • Call center experience preferred
  • High School graduate or equivalent game related work experience
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong typing skills (above 45wpm minimum)
  • Customer Relationship Management tool experience a plus! (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.)
