Customer Service Rep: We are seeking a Customer Service Rep to provide support in  a fast paced office environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Processing high volume purchase orders
  • Vendor management must maintain positive client rapport
  • Data entry, and follow up in Sales Force
  • Providing customer service by phone, but mostly email
  • Problem resolution, and feedback in a timely manner
  • Supporting sales reps with reports, quotes, or account research

Requirements:

  • Must be digitally fluent in Sales Force
  • All MS Office Suites (Expert level)
  • Excellent follow up and communication skills
  • Must work well with time management
  • Hours: Monday- Friday 9am-6pm, must be able to work overtime as required
