Full Cycle Recruiter

This role will be responsible for effectively managing the Company’s full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires on their first day. This will also include screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates, running candidate background checks, writing offer letters, extending job offers, assisting new hires with paperwork, and keeping accurate records of all candidates and new hires.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years working experience as a recruiter and/or BA/BS degree in Human Resources (HR) or related discipline preferred.
  • At least one year of sales recruiting experience, including sourcing and the full recruiting life cycle.
  • High degree of experience working with social media, job placement agencies, outside recruiters, and online job search engines.
  • High degree of experience recruiting for sales positions or specialized positions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of staff.
  • Strong ability to work independently, efficiently, and effectively in a multi- project, multi-demanding environment.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail with strong ethics to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Proficient in end-user software programs (e.g. word-processing, spreadsheet software, applicant tracking systems and human resources information systems). Jobvite knowledge a plus.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review and analyze employment applications and resumes.
  • Update and maintain recruitment reports in order to track employees’ movement and employment activity rate.
  • Manage position requisitions, candidates, and referrals.
  • Manage the candidate experience by coordinating with hiring managers and potential job candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens, arrange interview appointments, facilitate pre-employment background screening and drug testing, and send interview confirmations and status notices.
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire (or not hire) and deliver employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings.
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting processes.
  • Manage the internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
  • Assist new hires with paperwork, review I-9 and process E-Verify within appropriate timelines.
  • Assist with the first day of onboarding for each new employee by reviewing the new hire paperwork and escorting the new employee to their manager.

 

  • 3-5 years working experience as a recruiter and/or BA/BS degree in Human Resources (HR) or related discipline preferred.
  • At least one year of sales recruiting experience, including sourcing and the full recruiting life cycle.
  • High degree of experience working with social media, job placement agencies, outside recruiters, and online job search engines.
  • High degree of experience recruiting for sales positions or specialized positions.
  • Commit to a 4-5 month contract position
