Pay: $25 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week 8:30am - 5:00pm - Temp-Hire

Join a fast-paced organization as a HR Service Center Representative in Los Angeles and make an immediate impact. As a HR Call Center Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting faculty by managing incoming requests through our ticketing system, performing high-volume administrative tasks, and ensuring a positive employee experience. You’ll work closely with the Regional People Operations Business Partner and other team members to keep processes running smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:
As an HR Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Responding promptly to a high volume of employee inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system, ensuring quick and accurate support.
  • Managing and updating requests within the Pipefy ticketing system to keep workflow organized and track progress.
  • Providing basic troubleshooting assistance for ticket issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.
  • Following up with employees to ensure timely resolution of their requests, maintaining excellent service quality.
  • Assisting with People Ops projects assigned by the Regional People Operations Business Partner to support ongoing initiatives.
  • Performing high-volume administrative tasks such as entering employee data, supporting onboarding and off-boarding, processing employment verification's, and generating reports.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records across multiple systems.
  • Collaborating with team members to support daily operations, identify process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • 1–2 years of experience in call center customer service, administrative support, or People Operations support.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes accurately.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with handling repetitive, high-volume tasks efficiently.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a call center, help desk, or help center environment.
  • Exposure to People Operations processes or systems.
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms like Pipefy or similar tools.
