The HR/Payroll position provides customer service focused and comfortable in a growth-oriented work environment, handling a variety of payroll, administrative, and HR functions

  • Process semi-monthly payroll and updates payroll records
  • Record payroll transactions and liabilities including federal and state income tax
  • Maintain employee confidence and keep information confidential
  • Proper set-up of new hire process and will coordinate all employee related paperwork ; enrollments, employee changes, and separations
  • Excellent communication and interaction with hiring managers and vendors, maintain requisite employee documentation and online files
  • Responsible to  follow up with employee questions regarding benefit enrollment
  • Assist with setup and execution of required employee trainings
  • Manage I-9 verification process
  • Audit 401k benefits
  • Process travel and expense reimbursements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related preferred
  • 2-3 yrs previous payroll and general human resources experience 
  • Self-starter and the ability to work on multiple projects under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sense of urgency while balancing the composure of confidence 
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Excellent organization and time management skills and flexibility to handle changing priorities
  • Computer savvy: Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • MUST embrace personal and professional development

Work Environment: Moderate noise levels due to call center operations. Frequent interruptions are common. Office temperatures are controlled and comfortable.
