Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking for a Patient Care & Logistics Coordinator. To be successful in this role, you must be a forward thinker, have excellent decision-making skills, experience with order entry and logistics coordination, plus the ability to recognize escalated situations, treat the situation with integrity, follow HIPAA compliance, and work with the highest level of professionalism.

Daily Responsibilities of Patient Care & Logistics Coordinator:

  • Communicate with providers and physicians and patients
  • Creation of quotes via data entry in the web portal
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Outlook (will email proposals)
  • Excellent follow up via phone or email
  • Create new orders
  • Coordinate shipping schedules
  • Coordinate with the Logistics Department
  • Review and approve orders in the portal
  • Credit card payment processing
  • Shipment tracking (Courier and GPS)
  • Follow up on delays or other shipment challenges

Requirements of Patient Care & Logistics Coordinator:

  • Articulate and effective communication
  • Capacity to manage sensitive situations creating a positive experience
  • Highly engaged- have an “Own It” attitude
  • Knowledgeable and able to evaluate logistical matters
  • Solve practical problems and handle several variables
  • Comfortable with and experience with sales quotes including pricing and schedules
  • Logistics; order processing, exceptions/escalation, patient and carrier communications
  • Web portal documentation, strong data entry skills
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills required
  • Fluent Bilingual (written and verbal) is preferred
