Job Title: Assembly Technician


Pay: $18.00 - $22.00/hr


Hours: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm (OT)


Start Date: ASAP

As an Assembly Technician, you'll assist in building and assembling intricate interior aircraft parts. You'll work closely with your team to ensure each product meets precise specifications and quality standards.

What You'll Do




As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Building and assembling complex interior aircraft components following engineering drawings and specifications
• Installing hardware, screws, rivets, seals, wiring, upholstery, and other elements
• Mixing and applying adhesives, silicone sealants, and edge fillers as required
• Cutting, fitting, bonding, and fastening parts using drills, riveters, and hand tools
• Verifying dimensions and installing fittings and inserts precisely
• Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production tools and equipment
• Keeping accurate work orders and traceability records
• Supporting a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols
• Reporting defects and communicating effectively with teammates and supervisors
• Moving between workstations and assisting with loading/unloading parts
• Organizing tools and requesting parts from the stockroom as needed
• Performing general cleaning and supporting other production tasks as assigned

What You'll Bring




The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 1-3+ years of hands-on experience in assembly or manufacturing
• High School Diploma or GED; associate degree or relevant experience is a plus
• Basic electrical knowledge, including switch assembly, wiring, and related tools
• Experience with composite fabrication, hand layup, and vacuum-assisted RTM is highly desirable
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail

Location & Schedule:




This position is on-site in Huntington Beach and offers a day shift from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm with overtime opportunities.
