Pay: $24.20 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

As a Hand Packaging Operator, you'll support essential packaging processes, contribute to maintaining compliance with industry standards, and help ensure our products meet the highest quality benchmarks. You'll collaborate closely with a committed team to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently each day.

What You'll Do
As a 2nd Shift Hand Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Completing gowning and sterilization training to uphold sterile conditions within the clean room environment.
  • Operating, assembling, and disassembling packaging machinery to meet daily production goals.
  • Inspecting labels and finished products to verify quality and compliance standards.
  • Manually labeling and packaging products when automated systems are not in use or troubleshooting is needed.
  • Accurately documenting all packaging activities and updating batch records accordingly.
  • Properly labeling and disposing of hazardous waste generated during operation in accordance with safety protocols.
  • Assisting team members with general manufacturing and packaging tasks to support overall productivity.
  • Maintaining organized workspaces and ensuring cleanliness of packaging equipment to adhere to GMP, SOP, and ISO standards.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience working in a clean room environment, preferably within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of packaging procedures, safety protocols, and sterile handling techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively within a team and troubleshoot issues proactively.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production deadlines.
