Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Parts Department
Pay: $19 per hour
Hours: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing outstanding customer service support via phone and email, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Performing accurate and efficient sales order data entry into the system to facilitate smooth order processing.
  • Processing returns, including issuing return authorizations, tracking returned goods, and following up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinating effectively with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to orders and returns to streamline operations.
  • Assisting with additional tasks within the Parts Department as needed to support overall team success.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a parts, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interactions with customers and team members.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy, ensuring information is recorded correctly.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience using ERP or order management systems is a plus.
