Our non-profit organization is seeking assistance with our handles volunteer and member department. You can be part of the bigger picture and offer others an unforgettable experience! Ideally, you will have working experience with Salesforce and enjoy analyzing data, take action to ensure all entries are complete in the system. We need someone with a true understanding of systems and database records.  You will also be calling schools and parents in a “sales” capacity to ask for access to schools and for parents to be volunteers.

The desired skills include:

  • High level understanding of CRM or database tools, experience with Salesforce is preferred
  • Critical thinking skills / highly analytical
  • High attention to detail
  • Background with Data Integrity and high level data entry
  • Customer Service Orientated / Phone skills required
  • Microsoft Office skills required (Word & Excel)
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Ability to work schedule of:  Monday - Thursday
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned - Must be a team player
  • Excellent organization and time management skills and flexibility to handle changing priorities
  • Computer savvy: Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Type minimum of 45 WPM
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned - Must be a team player
