As a Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent to meet the organization’s staffing needs. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, helping build a strong and diverse team. What You’ll Do:
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
  • Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies based on industry standards and organizational requirements.
  • Managing a high-volume requisition load of approximately 50 open positions simultaneously, prioritizing roles and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Reviewing applications, conducting pre-screening interviews, and selecting qualified candidates for further consideration.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews, preparing interview questions, and ensuring compliance with hiring policies.
  • Overseeing the online interview scheduling process to facilitate a seamless candidate experience.
  • Conducting interviews and collaborating with hiring managers during the selection process to ensure the best fit.
  • Extending employment offers verbally and in writing once candidates are approved, and managing offer negotiations.
  • Utilizing diverse sourcing channels, including career fairs, online job boards, community events, and social media, to attract top talent.
  • Conducting advanced candidate sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray searches, and data mining to identify passive candidates.
  • Creating and managing job advertisements to maximize visibility and attract quality applicants.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate data and documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to meet hiring goals and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Communicating key employment details, including benefits, compensation, background checks, and company culture, to candidates.
  • Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with federal and state employment laws and organizational policies.
  • Monitoring and updating all candidate activities and documentation in the ATS to ensure accuracy and compliance.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • At least two years of hands-on recruiting experience with working knowledge of recruiting principles and practices.
  • Experience with ATS systems, online recruitment tools, and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing 50+ requisitions.
    Should demonstrate strong resourcefulness and creativity in recruiting strategies.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Decision-making capabilities, negotiation skills, and follow-up diligence.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on site in Los Angeles, CA, with a standard full-time schedule. The role may require occasional regional travel.
