As an E-Commerce Support Specialist, you’ll support online retail operations by managing product listings, optimizing online content, and ensuring seamless store functionality. You’ll work closely with the e-commerce team to drive sales performance and enhance customer experience.

What You’ll Do:
As an E-Commerce Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing and updating product listings across major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Home Depot to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assisting in the creation and optimization of product content to improve visibility and sales.
  • Monitoring online inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers to ensure product availability.
  • Conducting research on best practices for online listing performance and implementing improvements.
  • Supporting the team in daily e-commerce operations and responding to platform-related inquiries.

What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Experience working with online retailers, particularly Amazon Vendor or similar platforms (preferred).
  • Background in online sales, product listing management, and familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Home Depot.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
