Office Coordinator Job description

One of the ‘Best Places to Work in Los Angeles’ is looking for an Office Coordinator. This role will be responsible for booking & coordinating office meetings, handling incoming & outgoing mail, managing lobby traffic, and various other administrative tasks. Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities of the Office Coordinator:

  • Answer all incoming calls to the office and appropriately route each call or take down a message
  • Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, ensuring that packages are prepared for pick up at appropriate times
  • Set up all incoming vendor/shipping invoices for processing
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office environment
  • Support the work of the staff in the office, performing reception and administrative duties as requested
  • Arrange travel reservations for staff, including hotel and car bookings
  • Greet and sign visitors into the office

Requirements of the Office Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 1+ years of reception or office coordinator experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Concur and/or expense tracking software preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
