Job Summary: Provide customer support for internal and external clients and customers by phone, email, and fax.


Responsibilities of the Order Processor:

  • Maintains customer database by entering any new and updated customer and account information.
  • Enters order data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on a keyboard.
  • Verifies order data by reviewing, deleting, correcting, and /or re-entering data that may, or may not have been correct.
  • Responsible for general office duties


Requirements and Qualifications of the Order Processor:

    • Rigorous attention to detail as inaccurate orders are lost orders
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Must be proficient in math as you will be using fractions to determine measurements
    • 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing industry working with (exterior doors) 
    • Must be proficient in MS Office Outlook, Excel, and In- House systems
    • Education: Associates’ degree preferred
