Job Description
Helpmates Staffing is Hiring a Production Admin ! The Production Admin is responsible for all SAGE transactions and document review relating to Manufacturing, Packaging, and Bottling batches. The Production Admin will be responsible for issuing batch documents to the appropriate department with supporting documentation and will work closely with all department supervisors/managers to ensure all batch document requirements are being met. The Production Admin will coordinate and work with QA to track discrepancies in batches and work on identifying trends and will assist in SOP creation, revision, and implementation.
The Production Admin responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing manufacturing, packaging, and bottling batch records to ensure the accuracy of raw materials, bulk, and components issued in SAGE
- Responsible for issuing material to manufacturing, packaging, and bottling batches.
- Responsible for closing all manufacturing, bottling, and packaging batches.
- Responsible for printing released packaging, and bottling batches and submitting to QA for review and approval along with corresponding support documentation and Item Specification folder as required by FDA.
- Responsible for identifying errors in batch documents and returning to the appropriate personnel for corrections.
- Will track and trend batch record errors and submit to appropriate QA personnel.
- Responsible for ensuring all batches are closed in timely manner.
- Will assist in Inventory checks and cycle counts as needed.
- Will assist Manufacturing, Packaging and Bottling departments with batch documentation as needed.
- Will assist in collecting data from Manufacturing, Packaging, and Bottling department’s audits to generate SOP revisions.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- Must be self motivated and have the ability to work in a high volume environment.
- Must be able to multitask and liaison between multiple departments.
The Production Admin requirements:
- Associates Degree or equivalent of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment in an administrative role.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Hours: start between 7:00 am - 8:00 am, Monday – Friday, some OT
