We are seeking a detail oriented, organized Purchasing Clerk for a contract opportunity with a large organization in Orange County! The Purchasing Clerk will receive, process and manage a large volume of purchase orders/invoices for the purchasing department. 

The Purchasing Clerk will be responsible for the following:

  • Data enter a high volume of purchase orders/invoices onto MS Excel
  • Maintains purchasing documents, files and records to ensuring the availability of documentation




The Purchasing Clerk must possess the following:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of recent, similar experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suites , especially MS Word and Excel
  • Detailed, accurate data entry skills required
  • Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills.
