We are seeking a resourceful, organized, Administrative Assistant for a 6-month contract opportunity to support the R&D team of a large automotive organization in Orange County! The Administrative Assistant will be responsible to provide support to and coordinate resources for the Product Development and Vehicles Promotion Development team!

Administrative Assistant duties:

  • Provide administrative support including the handling of contracts
  • Plans, coordinates, calendars meetings- handles all meeting logistics
  • Compose correspondence, handled departmental reporting
  • Lead the process of scheduling/planning/coordinating events
  • General automotive market research

Must haves for the Administrative Assistant role:

  • 2+ years of working experience as an administrator or coordinator
  • Automotive and/or manufacturing experience is desired
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Intermediate MS office 365 experience
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong organizational & planning skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to collaborate in a multi-cultural work environment
