  • Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.

  • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to ensure satisfaction while maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Provide knowledgeable advice on parts, services, and products to enhance customer understanding.
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette by answering inquiries efficiently.
  • Assist in inventory control by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve overall customer service.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous experience in a parts or truck/automotive service environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cash register operations and basic financial transactions.
  • Strong negotiation skills for effective communication with customers regarding pricing and services.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships.
  • Ability to manage inventory control processes efficiently.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning about truck parts and services is essential.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage stock effectively.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
