Sales Administrative Assistant

Our Sales Administrative Assistant should have some sales experience, preferably with wholesale or retail. Must be able to work autonomously , support the VP of Sales and  a Team of 4 Sales Representatives

Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Execute order entry as necessary
  • Sales/Operations Coordination: Work closely with our operations team. Provide open order report/status to sales team
  • Invoice Tracking: Track outstanding invoices and provide notifications to customers of current status. Follow up with customers on past-due invoices
  • Sales Reporting: Compose monthly sales reports for submission to sales and leadership teams
  • Coordinate Travel: book events, travel, coordinating freight, ensuring sales tools and merchandise are shipped properly. Work directly with the Director of Sales to stay on budget
  • Sales Meeting: Work with internal team to develop and execute annual sales meeting. 
  • Account/Rep Support: Communicate directly with independent accounts, as well as independent sales representatives, and implement requests. Collaboration with our inside sales team. 
  • Other: Perform general office duties such as order and maintain office supplies, answer phones and rout calls as necessary to appropriate department/individuals, file, office maintenance, perform general data entry and assist in other duties as needed and directed.

Education:High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required  BA/BS degree preferred

Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years fast-paced experience

SAP / Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
