Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Technician
Pay: $24.50 per hour
Hours: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday-Friday
Start Date: ASAP

As a 2nd Shift Production Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting the assembly and quality assurance of critical diagnostic equipment. You'll work closely with your team to ensure products meet rigorous quality standards and are shipped efficiently. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving healthcare diagnostics across the globe.

What You'll Do
As a 2nd Shift Production Technician, you will be responsible for:
  • Performing final assembly of packaged products used to calibrate and quality control diagnostic testing platforms.
  • Conducting in-process and final quality inspections of components and finished goods to meet high-quality standards.
  • Delivering finished products to the distribution warehouse, ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Completing and reviewing quality documentation, process orders, and batch records in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Managing inventory and completing transactions within the SAP Inventory System, ensuring accurate stock levels and accountability.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (proof required).
  • At least 1+ year of recent experience in production or assembly environments.
  • Mid-level experience working in a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in basic math, reading, and writing skills.
  • A goal-oriented attitude with the ability to lead and coordinate team efforts.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to efficiently manage resources.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software, particularly inventory management systems like SAP.
